All prices are based on the hot hanging weight of the cow. Hot hanging weight is when the cow is hung (the carcass), after the organs, skin, blood, head, hooves, etc., have been removed.
Quarter Cow - $ 7.00 / lb.
Half Cow - $6.50 / lb.
Whole Cow - $6.00 / lb.
Example - 800lb cow - Hot hanging weight = 480 lb. - Yield = 384 lb.
Quarter Cow = $840
Half Cow = $1560
Whole Cow = $2880
